Dale has lived in the Florence Oregon area since 1972. He has practiced all phases of residential valuation, relocation, retirement, waterfront, trustee & estate sales, vacation home sales, together with commercial investment analysis and exchanges. Dale earned his Oregon Real Estate License in 1980 and his Broker’s license in 1986. During the 97 and 99 Oregon Legislative sessions, he did research on Oregon’s land use and transportation laws and provide analysis for Legislators as to the economic impact of those laws. This research has given Dale a wide view of the pros and cons of living in various areas of the State. Dale has also played an active roll in the Central Oregon Coast Board of Realtors as Government and Political Affairs Chair from 1999 to 2004, 2001 “Realtor of the Year”, and State Director from 1999 to 2006. Dale has also served on the Oregon Association of Realtors Political Affairs KOG. Dale stays current with the latest educational updates in real estate valuation, investment, taxation and has attended advanced courses in commercial investment analysis through CCIM.
